Our retreat is designed to take you on a holistic journey, blending physical activity, mindful practices, and joyful moments in nature. Here's what awaits you:

3 days / 2 nights

• Forest & Lake Runs: Immerse yourself in the beauty of the forest trails and the Scharmützel Lake
• Guided Meditations: Reconnect with your body and mind through serene meditation sessions
• Wholesome Eats: Enjoy nourishing meals to fuel your body and soul
• Refreshing Lake Dips: Revitalize with invigorating dips in the lake
• Sauna Sessions: Unwind and detoxify in our soothing sauna.

08:30 - Morning Run (Lake or Forest)
09:30 - Guided meditation: Gratitude for Our Bodies
10:00 - Late Morning Brunch
12:00-14:00 - Snack / Coffee / Free Time for Relaxation, Nature walks
14:00-16:00 - Lunch Buffet, Optional Journaling Workshop
16:30 - Sauna Session and Lake Swim
19:00 - Group Dinner
21:00 - 00:00 - Evening Party
