Swimming in Freestyle is better together
Let's improve our body tension and crawl technique together in a group with exercises in the water and on land - or learn something completely new. Breathing exercises and yoga practice in the evening will also help us.
Is there a better way to start the day than to go into the water and let the water carry you? I think not. And you can find out too, because with the lake on our doorstep and our own jetty, we have ideal conditions.
We live together directly on the Scharmützelsee with a total of 10 rooms (double or single use) and have all the time in the world to get to know each other and the water, crawl and breathing techniques.
Yoga and swimming have a lot in common and support each other. We will use this to improve our body tension and swimming technique.

Ute Ressler is a qualified lifeguard, certified C-trainer (DOSB license for popular sports), and SwimMastery coach. For her, sport has always been an elixir of life. Whether it's handball, running, yoga, swimming, or her successful career as an advertising film producer—when Ute does something, she does it with passion.
She began swimming in a club in 2018 and has since completed various training and development courses. Since 2023, she has been actively coaching. For Ute, swimming alone is a joy—but swimming together is even better. The ultimate experience? Sharing strokes with others in a lake or the sea.
Her mission is to pass on this enthusiasm. Because to truly feel the freedom of the water, you need good technique. That’s exactly what she teaches—with patience, precision, and positivity. In individual or group lessons, or on one of her retreats, you’ll glide effortlessly through the water. By the end of a retreat, you’ll have discovered muscles you didn’t know existed, breathe more freely, and return home deeply relaxed, invigorated, and full of new energy.
