Hermione is a dynamic force in the fitness world, calling Berlin her
home base. As a passionate fitness coach and personal trainer, she
empowers her clients to reach their full potential, blending her
expertise with a personalised approach to help them achieve their
wellness goals. With a contagious enthusiasm for fitness, Hermione
inspires those around her to embrace a lifestyle of strength, vitality
and joy.
Sara's passion for food knows no bounds. With a career dedicated to
creating memorable dining experiences, she infuses every dish with a
sense of warmth and belonging. From bustling restaurants, to intimate
gatherings, Sara's dedication lies in not just crafting delicious
meals, but in fostering a sense of community, familiarity and home
around the table.

Our retreat menu is designed to mirror the ease and
abundance of early summer, beginning with a relaxed
aperitivo that invites guests to graze, sip, and settle
in. As the evening unfolds, we transition into a seated
dinner that highlights the best of the season—vibrant
produce at its peak, paired with a thoughtful balance of
meat and fish. Expect light, expressive dishes like
delicate crudos, simply grilled proteins, and fresh, sun-
driven flavors that feel both refined and effortless,
perfectly suited to warm May evenings.
Fitness
Our approach to movement is rooted in balance—
designed to complement, not restrict, the
pleasure of eating well. Rather than framing food
as something to “earn,” our sessions celebrate
what the body can do by blending energizing HIIT,
strength training with both with weights and
without, guided runs, and mobility work. Each
workout is thoughtfully paced and adaptable,
welcoming all levels and encouraging guests to
move in a way that feels both empowering and
sustainable—leaving you stronger, more grounded,
and ready to fully enjoy the experience that
follows.
